Videos was founded in 2002 with the idea to organize an international film camp, based on experiences with young people from Dresden and Poland. The film camp took place in the Meeting Centre (Begegnungszentrum im Dreieck) Großhennersdorf, situated in Germany close to the Czech and Polish border. It took place from August 23rd until September 5th.
The participants were 30 young people from 6 countries: Denmark, Germany, England, Holland, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The trainers were filmmakers from these countries. The participants made films in different groups and put them together for final film projects.
