In January we met at the K@2 Centre in Karosta thinking about making a film of this town. A town that a huge amount of Russian soldiers had abandoned about ten years ago and whose souls were still lying here. English, Danish, German, Polish and Latvian people tried to explore the future of the city and of this place here in the South-West of Latvia.
